We proudly serve Henderson, Buncombe, Polk, and Transylvania counties in Western North Carolina - including Asheville, Hendersonville, Fletcher, Mills River, and surrounding areas.

do you offer custom work, or just the options listed?

Every project is tailored - our Good/Better/Best tiers are just starting points. Whether you want a privacy screen, integrated lighting, or a unique layout, we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

are your prices fixed?

We give transparent price ranges up front and aim for no surprises. Prices may vary slightly depending on material costs, site conditions, or add-ons, but you’ll always be kept in the loop.

Do you pull permits?

Yes. For jobs that require permits (like most decks, studio sheds, and larger structures) we handle all permitting and inspections so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

do you offer financing?

We don’t offer in-house financing at this time, but we’re happy to work in phases or recommend third-party options. Many clients us HELOCs, personal loans, or home improvement financing through their bank or credit union.

how far out are you booked?

It depends on the season and project size. On average, we’re booking 2-6 weeks out, but sometimes sooner. If you’re on a timeline, just let us know. We will do our best to accommodate.

What materials do you use?

We use high quality, locally available materials including pressure-treated lumber, composite decking, welded wire, and more.
